Breakfast Banana Bites

Ingredients

1 cup quick oats

½ cup rolled oats

2 medium ripe bananas

½ cup mini chocolate morsels

½ cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3

Using back of fork, mash bananas in a bowl or put in food processor and blend. Add chopped walnuts, and oats. Mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels.

Step 4

Spoon one heaping tablespoon of the mixture into your hands and make small balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.

Step 5

Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown on bottom. I like mine a little crispy on the bottom!
