Last week, I officially launched my brand new podcast, The Energized Leader, and I could not be more excited.
This podcast is for leaders who want practical ideas they can use right now to strengthen culture, boost morale, and lead with more energy and confidence. Each episode features real conversations with leaders and experts who share what is working in the real world, not just theory.
To kick things off, I am sharing three powerful guests who set the tone for what The Energized Leader is all about.
Episode 1: Chris Robinson
Chris Robinson brings the kind of leadership insight that helps you spot problems before they become culture killers. In this episode, we talk about momentum, consistency, and what happens when teams drift into complacency. You will walk away with practical ways to stay focused, raise the standard, and keep yourself and your team moving forward with purpose.
Episode 2: Logan Aguirre
Logan Aguirre is the owner and publisher of 417 Magazine in Springfield, Missouri, and she shares a story that so many leaders can relate to. After burnout pushed her to take a sabbatical, she returned with a renewed vision and a rebrand that brought fresh energy to her company. This conversation is packed with perspective on what it looks like to reset, rebuild, and lead with clarity when you are ready for a new season.
Episode 3: Donna Isgett
Donna Isgett is one of the most people focused leaders I have met. As a healthcare executive over multiple hospitals and thousands of employees, she understands a leadership truth that never goes out of style: people want to feel valued. In this episode, Donna shares how intentional connection and visibility build trust, strengthen culture, and create an environment where people feel seen and supported.
If you are ready to get energized and build the kind of workplace culture people want to be part of, start with these three episodes.
Listen now, subscribe, and if an episode speaks to you, I would be grateful if you left a review and shared it with another leader who could use a boost.
