Benefits of Dates & Chocolate

In my quest to find the health benefits of dark chocolate and how it will reduce stress in your body, I stumbled upon Tamrah Dates. These are a delicious confection which consists of individually wrapped dates stuffed with an almond and then covered in dark chocolate. Tamrah refers to a palm tree in Arabic, and is now also a treat in your palm. It's an oasis of sheer delight in the journey of everyday life. An exotic discovery to thrill culinary adventures. A treasure of indulgence to be dearly cherished. Since ancient times Arabs welcomed their guests with God's bounty, "Date Fruit," and Europeans with chocolate. Tamrah combines the traditions of two civilizations.

Not only are you getting the health benefits of dark chocolate, but according to the USDA, dates are a good source of energy, fiber, sugar, and various vitamins and minerals. Essential minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, and zinc can be found in them. Apart from the above-mentioned nutrients, they also contain important vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin A, and vitamin K.

Dates are also are considered a “Super Fruit” because they are very high in antioxidants, help reduce arthritis and join pain, good for blood sugar balance, help regulate blood pressure and are a good cure for constipation.
