I haven’t been sure about what to post for STRESSBUSTERS due to the condition of our country. The stress is definitely high! Everything boils down to how we treat our fellow man. Do we treat every single person with dignity? Do we go out of the way to show kindness? Just think how much stress would be lowered if everyone focused on being kind? With that said, I wanted to post my “PAY IT FORWARD” clip. You may have seen it before. I hope it sparks within you to think what you can intentionally do for someone today. Plus, reducing stress in someone else’s life can reduce stress in your own life. (This was filmed a few years ago prior to Covid-19 restrictions.)
